Richard started the business in 1990 and is an owner of Agri-Management Services. He has 40 years of experience in farm property management, farm real estate, and rural appraisals. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, in Ag Economics. He has worked in 67 of the 99 Iowa counties, as well as counties in surrounding states. Richard has been an active member in the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, including being a past president of the chapter. His experience combined with contacts from this organization is extremely valuable for Agri-Management Services.
