Adam specializes in swine appraisals in eastern Iowa and also completes bare land and acreage appraisals. His hands-on swine management background helps him judge facility design, ventilation, manure systems, herd flow, and compliance. That experience improves cost and risk estimates and makes his valuations more accurate. He also maintains Growthland’s comparable sales database so our appraisers and agents have current market data.

Adam earned a B.S. in Animal Science from Iowa State University in 2012. Before joining Growthland, he worked 3.5 years with JBS Pork as a Swine Field Manager, including 2.5 years in Carroll, Iowa, and 1 year in Independence, Iowa.
