He has 22 years of experience in pork production, in various roles from live production to pork procurement, most recently spending the past 11 years as a Nutrition Account Manager at United Animal Health. Jay has B.S. and M.S. degrees from Iowa State University in Animal Science. He resides near Fort Madison, Iowa, with his wife Lindsay and three daughters.
