About Mac

Mac joined the Growthland team in November 2022. He was born and raised in rural Southeast Iowa near Bloomfield and is a 2019 graduate of Iowa State University’s Ag Studies program.

Following graduation, Mac worked with the Wapello and Henry County (IA) NRCS field offices where his passion for conservation and agriculture grew through hands-on work with landowners and natural resource projects.

Mac and his wife, Allison, live in Libertyville with their four children — Hadley, Haysley, Ryley, and Ridge. In his free time, Mac enjoys hunting, fishing, and habitat improvement projects. His experience in public service, agriculture, and conservation — combined with his knowledge of Southeast Iowa land and communities — makes him a valuable resource for Growthland clients.
