The facility offers 20,000 bushel-per-hour unload and loadout capabilities comparable to new construction, a 2019 continuous-flow dryer, USDA-certified truck scale, and on-site rail access, with approximately 1.25 million bushels of annual corn and soybean throughput over the past five years.
