| Agri-Management Services and Affiliates was formed in 2019 due to a merger and acquisition between three companies: Agri-Management Services, Aspen Grove Investments, and Growthland Realty and Appraisal. Due to the variety of services provided by the three companies, each name was used in the appropriate capacity for the service provided. However, after operating under these umbrellas for nearly three years, it is time to consolidate to one name, which will be Growthland moving forward. This is only a name change and subsequently you will see updates to our website, social media pages, and other name specific items. No change to the ownership of the company has occurred and we will continue to provide our menu of services provided in the geographical areas served. We are excited about the name change and look forward to the opportunities this can present to continue to offer our services to our current and future clients. This will provide an opportunity to clearly articulate who we are and what we provide for parties that need our services. Our geographical footprint has been expanding rapidly, but our core service area is the state of Iowa and surrounding states with offices in Marion and Humboldt, Iowa. Most of our clients are in a transition point that requires an appraisal, management, advising, or brokerage. We can provide these services in an al a carte or full service approach. Our specialty is in Agriculture, but we are capable of providing these services in a variety of industries. Ultimately, our goal is to utilize our knowledge and experience to create value for our clients. |
