Real Estate and Business Brokerage has been a growth area for many years at Growthland, with 2025 being a record year. We represented $116 Million in value of assets this year, which has grown by 160% since 2022. As usual, this represented a variety of assets: farmland, recreational properties, swine facilities, poultry buildings, grain elevators, feed mills, residences, livestock, and machinery. Our appraisal team is an integral part of this success as they provide a sales database and valuation services that can cover the variety of assets that we represent. These properties were offered to the market in a variety of sale procedures based on the best fit for the property type: live/online auction, sealed bid auction, public listing, private listing, or direct negotiations between the seller and buyer.
