Dave Dodgen

Dave founded the Humboldt office over 40 years ago. In fact, this is the namesake of “Growthland”, which we use today after we acquired his company in 2019. Dave was a pioneer in the swine real estate and appraisal industry, representing many transactions across the Midwest and a nationally recognized appraiser. Dave retired a few years ago, but much of the success we have had in this industry is built off the foundation he created. We are forever grateful to have had the opportunity to know him and his family.

Kim Jensen

Kim was Dave’s right-hand man for many years at the Humboldt office. Kim specialized in swine facility appraisal working in Iowa and traveling across the country for many years. He was a steady, loyal, knowledgeable and professional employee for 35 plus years out of the Humboldt office.
