· Seller may accept an offer at anytime prior to bid date.

Seller Options:
· Reject all bids
· Accept one bid(s)
· Determine to negotiate with one bid(s)
· Invite up to the top three unrelated bidders on a per Site or Combination basis to a bid off on October 17th, 2025 at 11 AM, It will be at the Seller’s discretion to determine number of bidders invited to bid-off.

Terms: Ten percent of the purchase price required from successful bidder. Buyer(s) will sign Real Estate Sales Agreement and must be prepared for cash settlement of the purchase at the time of closing.

Closing: Ideally close within 45 days of final offer date
