Selected bidders will be invited to a “Bid-Off” on February 3, 2023 at a location to be determined. Bids will be dollars per space and multiplied by 2,480 pig spaces to determine total bid price. Seller has set a minimum bid price of $975,000.00. Any bids below this amount will not be considered.

Terms: Ten percent of the purchase price required on the day of the sale. Buyers will sign Real Estate Sales Agreement, purchasing with no financing contingencies, and must be prepared for cash settlement of the purchase at the time of closing.  Target closing date 60 days after the auction. Prospects will be provided an opportunity to review manure agreements, pig producer contract, etc. prior to date of the auction.
